I have always enjoyed being creative and in the outdoors.
I particularly like “Plein air” painting (painting out), as it combines both loves. Being in this environment encourages me to paint what I see and to work quickly as light is constantly changing and moving.  It’s not just the visual, but the sounds and the feeling of a particular place that interests me. As a climber and regular camper to Dyurrite (Mt Arapiles), I have grown to love this place and the changing faces of the rock and surroundings.
I’ve enjoyed the process, I hope you enjoy the outcome.
